Family. We’re a pretty close knit family of five. Thankfully, our kids still like spending time together. Sometimes we text from one room to the next, too. I must admit that it’s pretty convenient when you don’t want to get up!
Books. Our book love runs the gammet. Faith, family, business, education, and the list goes on. It does a mom’s heart good to see her kiddos reading, too. They also like video games and candy. Oh well.
We love coffee. And coffee shops. (why????)
Starbucks, to be exact. In Korea, Ediya wins. It’s better and they will almost customize. We used to be Starbucks snobs but Korea has changed us. And Sean now loves bubble tea. Important update: we now prefer Starbucks again. The end.
True religion. Love, service, changing ourselves for the better. Being a good person, a follower of Christ. It’s a constant chase. James 1:27… Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world.
Matthew 12:30-31 … Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength…love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.
Discovering new places. LOVE, love, love to travel. Short trips, long trips… We’ve been able to see beautiful places that demonstrate or reflect upon the best and worst times in history. Large cities, small towns, villages, landmarks, on buses and airplanes, in the neighborhood. Everywhere, people want to be seen and heard.
Take in the beauty, be gracious and leave the world a better place.
